How we check what this site says

Updated 4 September 2026

This site talks about taxes, stay, registries and deadlines. These are the subjects where an out-of-date sentence stops being a small inaccuracy and becomes a mistake that costs the reader money. That is why every page carries three things at the bottom: the date it was last checked, the person who answers for the text, and the link to the official source. This page brings the whole method together in one place.

A source that does not open is not a source

An address only enters the catalogue after being called and answering with the correct page. Existing is not enough: it has to open today, from outside, with no account and no captcha. A source that will not open gives the appearance of citing while allowing nothing to be checked.

The five we rejected, and why

On 4 September 2026 five addresses were rejected. Two from the Region of Murcia returned a captcha screen instead of the page (sede.carm.es and borm.es). Three returned a 404 error: two from the Spanish Tax Agency and one from the Ministry of Inclusion. That is why the Murcian registry is cited through the Region of Murcia Tourism Institute, which does answer, rather than through the electronic office that blocks. They are named here so that anyone can repeat the test.

What you will not find on this site

Not one tax rate, not one percentage of cadastral value, not one figure whose origin we cannot state. They change, they depend on the case, and a guide that is one point wrong does more harm than ten that send you to the Tax Agency. When a figure could not be checked today, the sentence is written without it.

The one exception, and it comes with its rule

The modelo 210 deadlines. Order HAC/623/2026 moved both filing windows, and staying silent left the reader who is searching for exactly that with no answer. Each window is published with its tax year, with the rule that set it, and with the two official sources behind it: the Tax Agency note and the text in the Spanish Official Gazette. A date that moves is not a date you keep quiet, it is a date you date.

We do not publish client cases yet

HolaOwners is starting. Publishing someone else's work with the name covered up, or a percentage with no source, would be easier and less honest. We would rather show you what you can check right now from your own browser: the sources below, the checking date on every page, and the name of the person who answers for it. The day there is a case of our own that can be told with written permission, it will be told here.
