Why this matters now

The padrón is not a formality: it is the document by which the town hall certifies where you live, and the school place, the health centre you are assigned to and a good part of the residency process all depend on it. Anyone who leaves it to last finds they have to start again from there.

What this service is NOT

We are not immigration lawyers and we do not decide your file. We prepare, sort, translate, book the appointment and come with you; residency is granted by the administration, which may ask you for further documents. If your case needs a registered lawyer, we say so before charging you anything.

Questions about this service

I am an EU citizen — does it still apply?

Yes. For an EU citizen the formality is the EU registration certificate, not the TIE, and the file is different. The route opinion included in the package tells you which one is yours before anything starts.

Do I need the padrón before residency?

In most town halls and for most cases, yes — and doing it first never gets in the way. That is why the package runs in this order.

Does being on the padrón get me the SIP card?

Registration is the way in, but it is not enough on its own: it depends on your situation and on the region. In the package we prepare the file and book the appointment at your health centre; if your case needs the special agreement, we say so.
