Who we are, and where what we know runs out
Nobody here is going to tell you they have been doing this for twenty years.
HolaOwners started in September 2026 in Rojales, in the Vega Baja. It is the back office of the owner who does not live in Spain: we open the post, count the days, sort the paperwork and give warning before the deadline.
Who is behind it
Sullivan Benedetto, from Rojales and Torrevieja, province of Alicante. He is the person responsible for the content of this site and the person who answers when you write. There is no switchboard, no contact form that goes nowhere and no “department” that does not exist: there is one person and one phone number.
What we do ourselves
We calculate, scan, translate, sort and warn. All of that is material work: counting days of stay, opening an envelope and saying what it says, gathering a property's documents into one PDF, setting a reminder before a deadline. None of it requires a professional title, which is why we do it and bill it ourselves.
What we do not do, and who does
We do not sign returns, we do not represent anyone before the administration and we do not give legal or tax advice. Where a formality requires the signature of a registered professional, a registered professional provides it, bills separately, and is named to you before anything starts. If your case is not for us, we say so and tell you who to go to.
How we charge
The price is stated before anything begins, in writing, with what is included and what is not. Every rate is published on one page of this site. There is no compulsory retainer, no minimum term and no percentage of anything.
Where what we write comes from
From official sources, cited and linked at the foot of every page that needs them: the Spanish Tax Agency, the Valencian Government, the Tourism Institute of the Region of Murcia, the Catastro, the Official Gazette and the European Union. Every page carries the date it was last checked. Where a figure could not be verified, the sentence is written without it rather than padded.
In which languages
Spanish, English, Dutch, German and French. This is not machine translation bolted on top: each page exists as five written versions with its own address, because an owner who reads a tax notice in their own language understands what is being asked of them.
What we are not yet
HolaOwners is a new business. It has no track record, it does not yet have clients who can vouch for it, and this page is not going to pretend otherwise. What you can check today: the rates are published, the sources are linked, every page says when it was checked, and the Saturday counter in Rojales exists and is free. Asking costs nothing, and if your case is not for us you will hear us say so first.
