This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. There is only one cookie, a technical one, and only for clients who sign in to their client area.

The client area cookie

Name: sesion. It is set by holaowners.com (a first-party cookie) when you enter your client area with the link we send you by email. Its only purpose is to keep you signed in while you check your file and upload your documents. It is HttpOnly: the code of the pages cannot read it. It lasts 30 days; after that you sign in again by asking for a new link. If you never enter your client area, your browser never receives it.

Why there is no banner

Because there is nothing to consent to. Article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI-CE requires permission before setting cookies or storing data in the browser, except when they are strictly necessary to provide a service the user has expressly asked for. The session cookie is exactly that: without it you could not use your client area. Everything else that is stored is technical. That is why there is no window to accept or reject. It is not an oversight.

What makes that possible

The fonts are served from this domain rather than from Google Fonts, there is no embedded map, no embedded video, no social media button and no third-party audience measurement. The forms send your message to this same domain and set no cookie. The click counter described in the privacy policy uses no cookies or identifiers either. You can check by opening the source of any page.

What your browser keeps

sessionStorage is not used. localStorage keeps a single thing, and only if you close the notice suggesting another language: that you closed it, so that it is not shown again. The language selector is an ordinary link: it changes the address, it stores nothing.

So that pages you have already visited open even when the connection fails, the site registers a small technical program (a service worker) that keeps a copy of those pages in your browser's cache. It identifies nobody, never leaves your device and is deleted when you clear this site's data in your browser.

Links to other services

The WhatsApp and Calendly booking buttons are ordinary links: they load nothing from those services on this page. If you follow them, you are on their site, which applies its own cookies and its own policy. The same goes for Stripe's payment page: it is on Stripe's domain, where Stripe applies its own cookies.

If this changes

The day audience measurement or any other cookie is added, this page will be corrected the same day and the appropriate notice will appear. As long as this sentence is here, the only cookie is the session cookie described above.
