Each area answers to a different administration. Here is which.
Not all of these areas are municipalities, and that is where half the misunderstandings start. Ciudad Quesada is Rojales, Orihuela Costa is Orihuela, and a kilometre south of Pilar de la Horadada it is Murcia that decides. Each page says who you answer to and what changes as a result.
