This page describes how HolaOwners processes personal data. It is written to be read, not to tick a box.

This website collects nothing

Browsing holaowners.com sets no cookies, runs no audience measurement, loads no third-party font or resource and contains no form. The server logs requests in its technical journal, as any web server does, for security and diagnostics; those logs are kept for a maximum of thirty days and are not cross-referenced with anything else.

When you write to us

If you write on WhatsApp or by email, we process the data you choose to give us (name, contact details, the situation of your property) in order to reply and, where applicable, to provide the service. Legal basis: your request and the performance of the contract or pre-contractual steps.

When you are a client

We process the documents you send us in order to provide the service you engaged. They are held encrypted for the duration of the service and, where they have tax effects, for the legal retention periods applying to commercial records. After that they are deleted. Scanned correspondence from the mailbox service is deleted when the subscription ends, once the originals have been returned to you.

Who it is shared with

Nobody, other than the registered professional (lawyer, gestoría or aparejador) involved in your own file, and always with your knowledge. We do not sell or transfer data for commercial purposes, ours or anyone else's.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by writing to contact@holaowners.com. We answer within the legal period. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Processors

Email and site hosting run on our own server located in the European Union. WhatsApp messaging is provided by a third party under its own terms: if you prefer not to use it, email works just as well.
