A seasonal house has three delicate moments: the day it is closed, the months it spends alone and the day it opens again. Whoever closes it knows what was left, whoever visits knows what changed, and whoever opens it knows what to check. If they are the same person, nothing gets lost on the way.

- A visit every two months while you are away, with photos, meters and post.
- The house opened, aired and running the day before you return.
- One person handling it, who knows your house from the first visit to the last.
- A single fixed price, in writing, before anything starts.
Why this matters now
What is found on return almost always started on closing day or in the first week with nobody there. Having the same person close, watch and open lets three sets of photos of the same house be compared, and lets the second visit catch what the first already hinted at. Booked separately, they are three services that do not know each other.
What this service is NOT
The package is not insurance nor a security company: no alarm, no cameras, no continuous surveillance. It does not include repairs, deep cleaning or pool and garden maintenance, which are quoted separately and invoiced by the tradesman. And it covers one season: one closing, the visits of the period and one arrival, within twelve months.

What if I want a visit every month instead of every two?
That works: you move to the monthly house-watching formula and we deduct what the package already includes. We give you the figure in writing before changing anything.
Can I pay in two instalments?
Yes. On packages, half is paid when you accept the quote and half when the last item is delivered. It is written in the terms of engagement.
Is there a list so I can close the house myself?
Yes, free, on the house-closing page. It is the same one we use.
