For the house that is closed nine months a year
Your house watched while you are away
Someone goes into your house before the water does
A leak in October is discovered in June. A notice from the community stays in the letterbox. You do not need electronic surveillance: you need someone to open the door every so often and look.
What you get
- Scheduled visits with dated photos of every room, the fuse box and the facade.
- Water and electricity meter readings, so a leak shows before the bill does.
- Your post collected, opened and scanned, with a same-day alert if anything has a deadline.
- An immediate alert with photos if something is not as it should be, before it becomes building work.
- Coordination of a plumber or an electrician, and opening the house for them if needed.
Why this matters now
On this coast, keyholding with one or two visits a month currently costs between 250 € and 375 € a year. The difference between one formula and another is not the price: it is the time that passes between two looks. A house closed for nine months with a visit every two months has been alone for sixty days at most; with nobody, it has been alone for two hundred and seventy.
What this service is NOT
We are not a security company and we do not watch anything continuously: no alarm, no cameras, no night patrol. Nor are we an insurer: if there is damage, your policy pays, and what we provide are the dated photos that get it paid. Repairs are done by a tradesman, who invoices you directly.
Questions about this service
Is there anything between those two?
Yes: 290 € a year, one visit a month with photos, meters, post and an anomaly alert. It is the one almost everybody chooses, because a month is still the window in which a leak is a bucket and not a renovation.
And a one-off visit, without a subscription?
49 € a visit, 59 € with a full photo report. Opening the house for a tradesman is 59 € and handing over keys 39 €. If you later take a subscription, we deduct the first visit.
Do you hold the keys yourselves?
Yes, with your written authorisation, identified by a code and never by your address. And we tell you in writing who has access to them. If you prefer a key safe on the door, we work that way too.
