A registry that rejects, and an owner who is not there
The Mar Menor resorts hold thousands of apartments let by the week whose owners live in another country. The rules that bind them are not the Valencian ones, they are the Murcian ones — and since 2026 they are cross-checked against the single registry.

Why this matters now
The single registry has rejected around 1,402 properties in the Region of Murcia, the annual declaration has been compulsory since 2026, and the announced enforcement along the coast is tighter than before. In a resort where everybody lets, a pulled listing is noticed — and the neighbour will notice it too.
What this service is NOT
Murcian law is not Valencian law, and that is the whole point of this page: the person who signs your file is a Murcia-based gestoría, not our Vega Baja one. We check, order and document; without that gestoría this service simply does not exist, and we tell you so before charging you anything.
Questions about this service
The resort's management company runs my apartment. Does this still apply to me?
Yes. Administrative responsibility generally stays with the owner of the property even where someone else manages the letting. It is the first thing we check in your contract.
Is the registration number I already had still valid?
It may be and it may not: the single registry has invalidated many. Checking costs less than finding out in August.
Do you work in La Manga?
We work across the Region of Murcia with the same partner gestoría. Everything done by screen is done identically; anything in person is grouped, as in Camposol.
