Your house has someone looking after it, and you have one number
Every service on this site can be booked on its own. But when the house needs visits, keys, a closing, an arrival, the pool checked and the post opened, what weighs is not the price: it is coordinating five people from another country. Here it is one.

What you get
- One visit a month with photos, meters, damp readings and a same-day report.
- Two stays a year prepared: closing when you leave and the house ready before you return.
- The pool and the air conditioning tested before each arrival.
- Your keys held, with a log of every release and openings for tradesmen included.
- Your post opened and scanned, and the calendar of all your dates for the year with advance notice.
- One person who knows your house, on WhatsApp, answering the same working day.
Why this matters now
What fails in a house run from abroad is hardly ever a service: it is the gap between two. Whoever closes does not know what the visitor saw, and whoever prepares the arrival does not know the pool was losing water in March. With one person, each visit is read with the previous one in front of it, and nothing is told twice.
What this service is NOT
It is not insurance, a security company or a property management firm: there is no alarm or continuous surveillance, we do not pay your bills with your money and we do not represent you before anyone. It does not include repairs, deep cleaning, pool or garden maintenance, or fees and taxes: all of that is quoted separately and invoiced by whoever does it. Nor does it include formalities from the catalogue, which are charged at their published price.

What if I come more than twice a year?
Each extra closing and arrival is charged at the published price on its page, with no surcharge. If you come often, we work it out for you in writing to see whether another formula suits you better.
Can I cancel?
Yes, with one message. It is annual and paid in advance, so we do not refund the remaining months; it never renews by itself: we write a month before and without your reply it stops. And we hand over your photos, reports and folder before closing.
How is it different from the annual plan?
The annual plan watches your papers, your dates and your post, and in its higher tier visits the house. The concierge adds everything physical about a seasonal house: the closings, the arrivals, the keys, the pool and the air conditioning.
