Why this matters now
None of these dates warns you twice. The non-resident return falls due once a year, the bank's non-residence certificate expires after two, the roadworthiness test every one or two years, and the notice of the owners' meeting arrives fifteen days ahead. Someone living abroad does not lose money for not knowing: they lose it for not being here the day the paper arrives.
What this service is NOT
The plan is not insurance and does not cover fees, taxes or a third party's charges. It does not include large files: a holiday-let regularisation is charged separately, and we tell you the price beforehand. And we are not a gestoría or a tax adviser: taxes are not among our services, we neither file them nor calculate them. We remind you of the date, and that is all.
Questions about this service
How is this different from the mailbox service?
The mailbox opens your post. The plan also watches your dates, your bills and your house, and warns you before, not after. If you already have the mailbox, we deduct what you have paid this year.
Can I cancel?
Yes, whenever you like, from your client area: a link takes you to the Stripe portal, where you cancel with no form and no notice period. Three things worth knowing, and we write them here rather than in small print. One: the plan is annual and paid in advance, so cancellation takes effect at the end of the year already paid; until then the service continues and we do not refund the remaining months. Two: it renews itself every year, with the same payment method, until you cancel; doing so before the renewal date is enough. And three: what is yours stays yours, we hand over your calendar of dates, your scanned documents and your file before we close it.
And if during the year I need something not included?
There are three cases, and that is the whole rule. A short question (a letter to understand, a deadline to check, a call to make) is inside the plan, with no surcharge and no meter running. A procedure from the catalogue is charged at the price published on this site: you pay the same as someone who is not a subscriber, never more, and you order it online from its page. And if it is neither of those, we tell you who does it and what it costs, even when that is not us. Nothing starts without your written go-ahead.
