What escapes you is not a formality: it is the dates
Each thing on its own can be solved. What cannot be solved is remembering all of them at once from another country: the annual tax return, the council tax, the community meeting, the bank certificate that expires, the roadworthiness test. The plan exists so that list stops being yours.

Why this matters now
None of these dates warns you twice. The non-resident return falls due once a year, the bank's non-residence certificate expires after two, the roadworthiness test every one or two years, and the notice of the owners' meeting arrives fifteen days ahead. Someone living abroad does not lose money for not knowing: they lose it for not being here the day the paper arrives.
What this service is NOT
The plan is not insurance and does not cover fees, taxes or a third party's charges. It does not include large files: an inheritance, a sale, a holiday-let regularisation are charged separately, and we tell you the price beforehand. And we are not a gestoría: the tax return is filed and signed by a registered one.
Questions about this service
How is this different from the mailbox service?
The mailbox opens your post. The plan also watches your dates, your bills and your house, and warns you before, not after. If you already have the mailbox, we deduct what you have paid this year.
Can I cancel?
Yes, whenever you like, with no penalty. If you cancel mid-year we do not refund the unused part, and we say so plainly here rather than in small print.
And if during the year I need something not included?
We tell you the price before starting, at our usual rate and with no surcharge for being a subscriber. Quite the opposite: short questions that used to be billed are now inside.
