The areas we work in

Paperwork for foreign owners in Rojales

It is where we are. There is no journey to account for.

Rojales is our municipality: the village, the farmland and the Ciudad Quesada urbanisation are one and the same municipal area, with a single town hall. It is the one place where you can come and see us in person without an appointment.

We are in Rojales. Here we come in person.

What catches people out here

That the municipality is far bigger than it looks from the village. Rojales takes in Ciudad Quesada, which on its own has more homes than the old town, and a good share of its owners have never set foot in the town hall they belong to.

For once the practical consequence is a pleasant one: there is no distance to cover here. The Saturday morning counter is in Rojales, and asking costs nothing.

Questions about this service

Does Ciudad Quesada count as Rojales?

Yes. Ciudad Quesada is an urbanisation within the municipal area of Rojales; the town hall is the same one. We keep a separate page for Quesada because the name misleads a lot of people.

Do I need an appointment for the Saturday counter?

No. It is walk-in, no appointment, and asking is free. If what you bring is not for us, we tell you there and then.
