Your official post arrives at an empty house
The town hall, the tax office, the community and the insurer all write on paper, in Spanish, with a deadline attached. If those letters land in a box nobody opens until June, the surcharge is already running. Here they are opened the same day.

Why this matters now
An unread traffic fine doubles, an unpaid IBI attracts a surcharge and then enforcement, and a community notice with a deadline does not stop because you are in Manchester. A Correos PO box keeps the envelope but does not open it; a keyholder looks at it but cannot read it. What is missing is not a box — it is somebody who reads.
What this service is NOT
Registered post and formal legal notifications cannot be collected in your name without written authorisation or a power of attorney. We start with ordinary mail and we tell you in writing what falls outside. The power of attorney is done with a gestoría or before a notary, and that is no longer us. We do not read or summarise your personal correspondence unless you ask us to.
Questions about this service
Can I use this address as my tax address?
No, and we say so up front. It is an address for receiving ordinary correspondence. Your fiscal address and your padrón registration are separate things with their own requirements, and using an address that is not properly yours creates a bigger problem than it solves.
How quickly do I get the scan?
The same working day it arrives, local public holidays aside. If it carries a short deadline, we say so in the message itself, in capitals.
What happens to my letters when I stop the subscription?
We warn you thirty days before it ends, we hand over or forward everything we still hold, and we delete the scans. The privacy policy states exactly how long each item is kept.
