Since 10 April 2026 the European Union records your entry and your exit electronically. The hand stamp that could be forgotten is gone, and the 90-in-180 counter runs on its own. In half an hour we tell you where you stand.

Why this matters now
The European Entry/Exit System has been live since 10 April 2026 and has already flagged some 7,000 overstays. An unreadable stamp or a distracted border officer used to leave room; the count is now kept by a database. A recorded overstay can end in a refusal of entry, and anyone who owns a house here cannot afford that letter.
What this service is NOT
We are not lawyers and this is not legal advice. It is a date calculation and a calendar, built from the dates you give us. We prepare and order the visa file; the person who signs and files it is a registered lawyer, who bills separately. If your dates are wrong the calculation will be wrong: we work from tickets and stamps, not from memory.
Questions about this service
Does this apply to Germans, Dutch or Scandinavians?
No. The 90/180 rule only applies to third-country nationals. An EU or EEA citizen may stay as long as they wish; beyond 90 days what they owe is registration in the central foreigners' register, which is a different matter — and we will explain that one too.
Do arrival and departure days count?
Yes, both of them. The day you arrive counts in full and so does the day you leave. It is the most common mistake and the one that eats the most days.
What if I have already overstayed?
We tell you, in writing, with the date and the number of days, and we tell you what your options are. We do not dress them up. At that point you need a lawyer — and the first thing the lawyer needs is exactly this calculation.
