Half the problems of a foreign owner start with a paper they do not fully understand: a letter from Suma, a formal notice, a form in administrative Spanish. That does not need a firm: it needs someone to read it with you, tell you what it asks and leave it ready.

Why this matters now
Most letters that reach a house in Spain do not need a gestor or a lawyer: they need someone to understand them in time. An unopened letter from the tax office or from Suma keeps running, and a badly filled form comes back with a new deadline. Understanding the paper on the day it arrives is what costs least.
What this service is NOT
We are not a gestoría or a law firm, and we do not sign or submit anything on your behalf as a representative. We do not do sworn translations: ours is a working translation, so you understand, and it is not valid before the administration. If your case needs a registered professional's signature, we tell you, and you hire them directly yourself.

What if I get a lot of letters a year?
Then the annual plan works out better: short questions, a letter to understand or a deadline to check, are included, with no counter. This service is for occasional needs.
In which languages?
English, Dutch, German and French, as well as Spanish. The explanation is in writing, so you can reread it and forward it to whoever shares the house with you.
Will you tell me if I have to pay?
We tell you what the paper says: the amount, what it is for and the date. We do not calculate taxes or tell you whether an assessment is correct: that is a tax adviser's job.
