What paperwork are you missing in Spain?
Eight questions, one ordered list.
Answer eight questions about your situation and we give you the list of paperwork that is usually needed, in the order it helps to do it, each with the service that prepares it.
Your details
It is yours.
We have also sent it to your inbox. If you do not see it within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
How it is worked out
The list comes from your answers: each answer adds the paperwork that usually goes with it, and it always starts with the NIE and ends with sorting your papers.
It is guidance, not a closed legal list: each case has its details, which is why this test gives no deadlines or amounts.
For each item, the link takes you to the service page that prepares it, with its published price.
What this service is NOT
This is a guidance test, not legal or tax advice. We give no deadlines or amounts: they depend on your case. We are not a gestoría or a law firm.

Questions about this service
What paperwork does a foreign homeowner need in Spain?
Almost always it starts with the NIE; after that it depends on how long you spend here, whether you work, rent out, or have a car or children. The test gives you the order.
Is this list official?
No. It is guidance based on what is usually needed. Each case has its details.
Why are there no deadlines or amounts?
Because they depend on your case and change. We prefer not to give a figure that may not apply to you.
Can I get the list by email?
Yes, as a PDF, by entering your email in the form. You already see the result on screen without giving it to us.
Who prepares the paperwork?
We prepare it with you and you sign and file it. We do not replace a gestoría or a lawyer.
