Why this matters now
The Spanish Foreign Ministry publishes the network of embassies and consulates and their districts: each procedure has one office and only one. Turning up at the wrong one is not fixed the same day, and at the busiest offices the slots that are released vanish before you have finished reading the screen. What decides whether you get through is almost never luck: it is the file.
What this service is NOT
We do NOT sell appointments, we do not resell them and we have no privileged access to the system. The appointment is free and is requested through the official channel; anyone charging you to «hold» a slot is reselling something public, which in Spain is illegal. What we charge for is the file and the watch. Nor do we decide anything: the visa, the passport or the deed is granted by the consulate.
Questions about this service
Do you guarantee the appointment?
No, and be wary of anyone who guarantees it. Nobody outside the administration controls that calendar. What we do guarantee is that when the slot appears your file is complete, because that is where the time is really lost.
Does this also cover my own country's consulate in Spain?
Yes. British, Dutch, German, French, Belgian, Norwegian: almost all have a consulate in Alicante, Valencia or Madrid, and almost all ask for a Spanish address for service. That is exactly the point where a non-resident gets stuck.
What if I live abroad and the procedure is here?
Then a power of attorney usually solves it. We tell you exactly which powers it must carry and before whom it is signed in your country, so it does not come back rejected over one missing line.
