The 90 days do not apply to you
The 90-in-180 rule only affects third-country nationals. A Dutch or Belgian citizen may stay in Spain as long as they wish.
What does fall due past a certain stay is registration in the central foreigners' register, which is a separate matter and limits nothing.
The annual return does apply to you
And it surprises people precisely for that reason: since there is no day limit, many assume there are no obligations either. The modelo 210 does not depend on nationality but on where you are tax resident. If you live in Amsterdam or Antwerp and own a house here, you file.
And the post still arrives at a closed house
The part that does not change with nationality is the logistics: letters arrive here, deadlines run from notification, and the administration has gone electronic. It is the same for everyone.
